Oh HECK yeah! Tonight's WOD was awesome! We had a great turn out, a lot of people that came on Friday, came back tonight! My best buds Amy and Becky tore up that gym tonight and I am so proud of them!
We did a large circuit...I am totally becoming a fan of them!
The S%&*!!
*Run 6 laps around the gym
*balance ball push-ups (as many as you could before the next group finished their 6 laps)
*balance ball squats with a weight (again, as many as you could)
*jump rope (don't stop!)
*kettlebell swings, regular and to the side (as many as you could)
*sit-ups (are we done yet?!)
then we did it all over again, but this time only 4 laps
I hear pull-ups and handstand push-ups are in the mix for Wednesday...YIKES!
