The S%&*!!:
*Run for 5 minutes
*Squat for 5 minutes
*sit-ups for 5 minutes
*push-ups for 5 minutes
next time I'll keep track of how many of each I did to see if I can improve
After this WOD though, I felt so good I went and ran a mile in 11:14! Not bad for on a treadmill with a 1.5 incline...I despise treadmills. So next time I am gonna work harder because I shouldn't feel like I can go run a mile afterwards ;)
