What is CrossFit??

CrossFit is high-intensity workout I do 3 times a week with an awesome group of people and even my awesome husband, Jason. Each session has left me saying explicit things in my head and they are exactly what I needed to re-jumpstart my weight loss. Especially after gaining almost 15 back over vacation! Each workout is different and I think we are going to start doing the WOD from the website (maybe with a few modifications, until I am strong enough to do them). So here's to another leg of getting healthy in '09!
