Today I went in a little early to warm-up and get a little running in since I didn't get to do it this morning. I ran a mile in 11:30 and joined everyone else in the gym.
The $%&*!!
*5 minute run: I think I managed 9 or 10 laps around the gym, I am horrible at keeping track (and since I just got done doing the mile before that, I didn't go very fast)
*5 minute dips: 4 sets of 20
*5 minute kettlebell swings: 4 sets of 10; 2 sets of 15
A great workout, I love building muscle and doing cardio at the same time! We were supposed to do handstand push-ups instead of the dips, but even with help there was no way I could accomplish those! Just way too awkward! I'll stick to the dips, besides...do I really want to be ripped enough to do those?? nah...not really! ;)
Then to top it all of and make the night even better, Kathrina made some very tasty food for everyone to bring home and munch on. I could definately get used to that! Thanks Kathrina!
